- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst bank...I only go because I have to for my employer it is their account. The lines are RIDICULOUS!...especially the drive thru, you will wait FOREVER just to make a deposit, I have driven off on mulitple occassions, that very thing happened again the Tuesday after Presidents Day, then I went inside, to have only 2 tellers working Drive thru and inside, I was never acknowledged, so I left. On multiple occasions their are people in their offices with no customers...you should have to come help the tellers, they are nice but obviously overworked from being understaffed. This results in poor customer service and very poor customer experience. So I chose not to have a personal account here.By Shanen Rogers, April 07, 2017
